Gmc Sierra Rear Door Lock Problems

My rear door locks will not unlock front ones work fine with remote and inside control panel.

That door lock piece in the door is just a plastic piece that pops in the door panel and there s a rod that goes back and forth attached to that piece to lock unlock.
